Problems with the game show Lost. Planet 2 PC?

Hello All Does anyone know what the problem is shown to have the full game. Lost Planet 2, if you look at the link to the photo ive you will see that there are artifacts that look like sparks of my character. This occurs in 1 in every 20 or so games with one another. Star Wars Im 99% sure it is a direct X problem. The first thing to uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver.
